We are taking CDOC on the road in a travelling showcase during May and June 2018.
Come along and experience the CDOC film festival for yourself at a FREE film screening of the heart-warming film DARK HORSE, an inspirational true story of a group of friends from a working men’s club who decide to take on the elite ‘sport of kings’ and breed themselves a racehorse.
The screening will be followed by a Skype Q&A with the film director, Louise Osmond.
Dark Horse runs for 85 minutes and is rated PG (some mild language) – bring the whole family.
Screenings will take place at 2pm on:
Sunday 27th May Dunolly Town Hall
Sunday 3rd June The Warehouse, Clunes
Sunday 17th June Theatre Royal, Castlemaine
Sunday 24th June Capital Theatre (Bendigo Bank Theatre), Bendigo
The CDOC Festival Director, dual Emmy Award winner Geoffrey Smith, will be in attendance at all screenings to present the programme for the 2018 Castlemaine Documentary Film Festival, to be held at the Theatre Royal Castlemaine from Friday 20 – Sunday 22 July.
Did we mention it’s free? Bring your friends and make an afternoon of it.
