The Castlemaine Community House’s Pop-up Kitchen is your cosy festival haven, tucked into the backyard of the Theatre Royal. Serving up a variety of delicious soups inspired by flavours from around the world, it’s the perfect spot to warm your soul and fuel post-movie conversations. A fundraiser for Castlemaine Community House’s food pantry and community wellbeing programs, it’s your nourishment stop at the Castlemaine Documentary Festival.
Castlemaine Community House provides a range of support services, education programs, food relief, and wellbeing initiatives designed to foster social connection and improve health and wellbeing within our community. From youth programs to Castlemaine Pride, we facilitate a range of projects that contribute to a more welcoming, connected, creative and thriving Mount Alexander Shire.
