Volunteer
Volunteers are treated as part of the festival rather than casual labour, and a good number come back every year.
Five years of the same faces
The program is coordinated by a Volunteer Manager who has built it over five years, which is why it works. Roles run across front of house, venue, guests and the street activations.
Volunteer
The weekend runs on volunteers.
Front of house, box office, guest liaison, and the person who knows where the gaffer tape is.
