Randi Wagner

Randi believes the best things happen when people feel genuinely seen and included. Based in Castlemaine for the past six years, she brings a wealth of experience in community engagement, designing participatory programs, facilitating workshops, and applying trauma-informed approaches that foster genuine inclusion in the arts and cultural sectors. Her work is shaped by time spent in Myanmar and Uzbekistan working alongside master craftspeople, and years embedded in local events, festivals and projects. She works in college as a way of life, forever piecing together practices and possibilities in unusual ways and believes stories and documentary films are powerful portals for deepening human connection.
